Concept: Email aliases allow up to 30 secondary addresses per user for free, directing emails from department addresses (e.g., info@, sales@) straight to a single primary inbox. How to Add: Admins can add aliases under Directory > Users within the Google Admin Console (admin.google.com). Auto-Sorting via Gmail Filters: Create a new label. Open search options in Gmail, enter the alias address in the To field, and click Create filter. Select Skip the Inbox (Archive) and Apply the label to sort incoming messages automatically. Sending/Replying from Alias: Go to Gmail Settings > Accounts, select Add another email address, and check "Reply from the same address the message was sent to". Key Notes: Alias addresses cannot be used to log in to Google accounts. For team-wide email sharing, Google Groups is recommended instead.
